How do I subscribe?
Firstly, open an account with us by clicking on the icon next to the subscription link located at the top right hand corner.
Once your account it set up, browse our store and select the product you'd wish to purchase via a subscription. You will notice that below the regular purchase option is another option to subscribe, click the link and choose over which period you'd like us to send you our products. checkout and you're good to go.
How do I change which products I want sent?
To change or add products to your subscription you will need to login to your account -- How to login to your account
To add products open your “Subscriptions tab” and click “Add product”. This will open a pop-up where you can search for, view and select additional subscription products from the store to add to your upcoming deliveries.
You can also choose the frequency, first shipment date and the subscription you would like the product adding to.
To change the frequency and variant of product, the flavour for example, open your “Subscriptions tab” and click the "Edit" button to the right of the relevant product.
Can I skip deliveries?
Of course you can, you will need to login to your account -- How to login to your account
Once in your account you will need to open the "Delivery Schedule" tab.
Here you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subscription(s). To skip a delivery you just need to click "Skip" to the right of each relevant delivery.
This will only skip that one delivery, to skip multiple deliveries you will need to click "Skip" each relevant one.
How do I cancel?
To cancel a subscription you will need to login to your account -- How to login to your account
Once in your account open the "Subscriptions" tab and next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a "Cancel" button.
Clicking this will cancel your subscription to that particular product.
How do I login to my account?
You can login to your account by going to the store's website and using their "login button".
If you need to create an account your login email should be the same as the one used when you setup your initial subscription.
This ensures all of your subscription's details will be available to view and modify.
Alternatively, the notification emails you receive will contain a link which will link you directly to your account.
How do I update my delivery address?
To update the delivery address for your subscription you will need to login to your account -- How to login to your account
Once in your account, open the "Subscriptions" tab and click "Edit" by the address line:
This will open a pop-up where you can change the appropriate fields.
How do I update my payment details?
You may want to update the card on file that is being used for your subscription orders
You will need to login to your account -- How to login to your account
Once logged in click the "Billing Information" tab where you will see options to update card and, if necessary, edit the billing address for the card.
How long does delivery take?
Within the UK & Ireland we aim to get your freshly made handcrafted products to you within 3 working days however during busy periods orders can take up to 7 days especially those that are custom made. We pride ourselves on our efficiency when it comes to this however once your purchase has left us we do not have any control over the postal service delays.
International postage on average takes between 7 - 20 working days depending where they are being sent. We do ask that our international customers be patient with us however if you have not received your purchase after 20 working days
Can you provide allergen details on your products?
Yes by all means, we store and keep all of our allergen and safety data and can be supplied by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
As we aim to produce the freshest organic products available, we cannot stress enough that as a customer you must be aware of what we place into our products. Each product is individually labelled with its contents. We advise that you the customer study the label and seek medical advice prior to use. If any discomfort, irritation or allergic symptoms arise seek medical advice immediately and take the product with you.
